Three Gs

1. GOOD. What are you GOOD at doing? Begin with one thing you know you can do and are good at doing. It may be a very simple thing, but focus on that one thing at the beginning of your day.

2. GRATEFUL. For what are you GRATEFUL? Focus on at least one thingo each day for which you are sincerely grateful. It maybe your own good health, the love of a family member, a skill you have learned, a bad habit that you are well on your way to breaking, a positive relationship that is developing, or an opportunity that is unfolding before you.

3. GOAL. Identify a GOAL that you can accomplish during the incoming day. Think of something that you are determined to finish or act upon during the day ahead.
